Gumbo Ya-Ya

Join us for Gumbo Ya-Ya at Seville Quarter in Downtown Pensacola on April 18th from 4:00–6:00 PM! This flavorful event brings together amateur and professional teams competing for bragging rights as the best gumbo makers in town. Each three-person team cooks their gumbo from scratch, and a panel of judges scores each dish based on taste, smell, color, and consistency — with trophies awarded to the top three teams!
Guests can sample dozens of gumbo varieties, enjoy the lively atmosphere, and celebrate the flavors of our community — all while supporting a great cause. All proceeds benefit Big Brothers Big Sisters of Northwest Florida.
