The Annual “Heroes Among Us” speaker series features Military Service Veterans of every service branch and generation. It is organized and sponsored by the local Marine Corps League J.R. Spears Detachment #066.

Featuring Sergeant Major Justin Lehaw, USMC

The Marine Corps League’s goal is to let those people share their experiences with others, both civilians and military veterans as well as active-duty members. Admission is free and open to the public, although donations will be accepted for the Heroes Among Us Fund to help veterans in need. This need may be anything from medical needs to helping pay rent.
